Day 21📍

“For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:13‬ ‭

{The cross ran Red so you could run Free}

You live as if the chains are attached, and price is yet to be paid. As if The nails are still in the saviors hands, like if they were in yours. Yet None of which is true, these things driven by fear fed to you by the devil and self doubt, You live as if egg shells are your path. Self pity or adoration from others is your motivation. Human praise is your glorification. And your worth.

But why do we do such when we have a freedom in Christ? Human nature. There’s no good and no one is good. So Live in a life that’s been paid, paid in full.

“Were you a bondservant when called? Do not be concerned about it. (But if you can gain your freedom, avail yourself of the opportunity.) For he who was called in the Lord as a bondservant is a freedman of the Lord. Likewise he who was free when called is a bondservant of Christ. You were bought with a price; do not become bondservants of men. So, brothers, in whatever condition each was called, there let him remain with God.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭7:21-24‬ ‭

Day 20🍃

Day 20☀️
W O R S H I P🌾

Knowing your Redeemer lives & living like your Redeemer lives are two separate things, because you can still be in bondage of the things that your Redeemer already redeemed you from and brought you out of.

“For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth. And after my skin has been thus destroyed, yet in my flesh I shall see God, whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another. My heart faints within me! If you say, ‘How we will pursue him!’ and, ‘The root of the matter is found in him,’”
‭‭Job‬ ‭19:25-28‬ ‭

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my rock and my Redeemer”. Psalm 19:14

As Hosea Redeems Gomer, through all the running and the sin against him. He runs after her & redeems her. Buying her back.

We tend to be like that running far and wide because it’s in are nature until God opens are eyes buys us back and we have new vision we now see what sins we we’re doing and what damaged they caused.

Through the book of Hosea it’s about Israel’s rebellion against God. And how like Hosea redeems Gomer is like how God is gonna redeem his people.

“And the Lord said to me, “Go again, love a woman who is loved by another man and is an adulteress, even as the Lord loves the children of Israel, though they turn to other gods and love cakes of raisins.” So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver and a homer and a lethech of barley. And I said to her, “You must dwell as mine for many days. You shall not play the whore, or belong to another man; so will I also be to you.” For the children of Israel shall dwell many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or pillar, without ephod or household gods. Afterward the children of Israel shall return and seek the Lord their God, and David their king, and they shall come in fear to the Lord and to his goodness in the latter days.”
‭‭Hosea‬ ‭3:1-5‬ ‭

HOSEA

“”Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly to her. And there I will give her her vineyards and make the Valley of Achor a door of hope. And there she shall answer as in the days of her youth, as at the time when she came out of the land of Egypt. “And in that day, declares the Lord, you will call me ‘My Husband,’ and no longer will you call me ‘My Baal.’ For I will remove the names of the Baals from her mouth, and they shall be remembered by name no more. And I will make for them a covenant on that day with the beasts of the field, the birds of the heavens, and the creeping things of the ground. And I will abolish the bow, the sword, and war from the land, and I will make you lie down in safety. And I will betroth you to me forever. I will betroth you to me in righteousness and in justice, in steadfast love and in mercy. I will betroth you to me in faithfulness. And you shall know the Lord. “And in that day I will answer, declares the Lord, I will answer the heavens, and they shall answer the earth, and the earth shall answer the grain, the wine, and the oil, and they shall answer Jezreel, and I will sow her for myself in the land. And I will have mercy on No Mercy, and I will say to Not My People, ‘You are my people’; and he shall say, ‘You are my God.”

HOSEA

“When the Lord first spoke through Hosea, the Lord said to Hosea, “Go, take to yourself a wife of whoredom and have children of whoredom, for the land commits great whoredom by forsaking the Lord.” So he went and took Gomer, the daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son. And the Lord said to him, “Call his name Jezreel, for in just a little while I will punish the house of Jehu for the blood of Jezreel, and I will put an end to the kingdom of the house of Israel. And on that day I will break the bow of Israel in the Valley of Jezreel.” She conceived again and bore a daughter. And the Lord said to him, “Call her name No Mercy, for I will no more have mercy on the house of Israel, to forgive them at all. But I will have mercy on the house of Judah, and I will save them by the Lord their God. I will not save them by bow or by sword or by war or by horses or by horsemen.” When she had weaned No Mercy, she conceived and bore a son. And the Lord said, “Call his name Not My People, for you are not my people, and I am not your God.” Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be like the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured or numbered. And in the place where it was said to them, “You are not my people,” it shall be said to them, “Children of the living God.” And the children of Judah and the children of Israel shall be gathered together, and they shall appoint for themselves one head. And they shall go up from the land, for great shall be the day of Jezreel.”
‭‭Hosea‬ ‭1:2-11‬ ‭

“Say to your brothers, “You are my people,” and to your sisters, “You have received mercy.” “Plead with your mother, plead— for she is not my wife, and I am not her husband— that she put away her whoring from her face, and her adultery from between her breasts; lest I strip her naked and make her as in the day she was born, and make her like a wilderness, and make her like a parched land, and kill her with thirst. Upon her children also I will have no mercy, because they are children of whoredom. For their mother has played the whore; she who conceived them has acted shamefully. For she said, ‘I will go after my lovers, who give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, my oil and my drink.’ Therefore I will hedge up her way with thorns, and I will build a wall against her, so that she cannot find her paths. She shall pursue her lovers but not overtake them, and she shall seek them but shall not find them. Then she shall say, ‘I will go and return to my first husband, for it was better for me then than now.’ And she did not know that it was I who gave her the grain, the wine, and the oil, and who lavished on her silver and gold, which they used for Baal. Therefore I will take back my grain in its time, and my wine in its season, and I will take away my wool and my flax, which were to cover her nakedness. Now I will uncover her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, and no one shall rescue her out of my hand. And I will put an end to all her mirth, her feasts, her new moons, her Sabbaths, and all her appointed feasts. And I will lay waste her vines and her fig trees, of which she said, ‘These are my wages, which my lovers have given me.’ I will make them a forest, and the beasts of the field shall devour them. And I will punish her for the feast days of the Baals when she burned offerings to them and adorned herself with her ring and jewelry, and went after her lovers and forgot me, declares the Lord.”

Day 17🌿

✯Day 17

A tumbleweed is a structural part of the above-ground anatomy of a number of species of plants, a diaspore that, once it is mature and dry, detaches from its root or stem, and rollsdue to the force of the wind. In most such species, the tumbleweed is in effect the entire plant apart from the root system, but in other plants, a hollow fruit or an inflorescence might serve the function.[1] Tumbleweed species occur most commonly in steppe and aridecosystems, where frequent wind and the open environment permit rolling without prohibitive obstruction.[2]
W O R S H I P 🌵

Stand firm in the Faith! As a tumbleweed matures it detaches and goes as the wind blows. We tend to do the same but the world is are wind beneath our feet to which we follow after. Realizing it sooner than later we tend to be drifted to what society says and does beyond what we are called or ultimately satisfied with. The longing in which we have within will be satisfied shortly with the wind of the world while our soul is ultimately dissatisfied, longing for a deeper and genuine relationship with Christ.

“He is not afraid of bad news; his heart is firm, trusting in the Lord.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭112:7‬ ‭

“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you. To him be the dominion forever and ever. Amen.”

“The hand of the Lord was upon me, and he brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of the valley; it was full of bones. And he led me around among them, and behold, there were very many on the surface of the valley, and behold, they were very dry. And he said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” And I answered, “O Lord God, you know.” Then he said to me, “Prophesy over these bones, and say to them, O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. Thus says the Lord God to these bones: Behold, I will cause breath to enter you, and you shall live. And I will lay sinews upon you, and will cause flesh to come upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you shall live, and you shall know that I am the Lord.” So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I prophesied, there was a sound, and behold, a rattling, and the bones came together, bone to its bone. And I looked, and behold, there were sinews on them, and flesh had come upon them, and skin had covered them. But there was no breath in them. Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, Thus says the Lord God: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.” So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army. Then he said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say, ‘Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost; we are indeed cut off.’ Therefore prophesy, and say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will open your graves and raise you from your graves, O my people. And I will bring you into the land of Israel. And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves, and raise you from your graves, O my people. And I will put my Spirit within you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will do it, declares the Lord.””

✪ IF I GIVE YOU THE KEY, PROMISE YOU WON’T BREAK ANYTHING?
W O R S H I P🌾

I’ll give you the key. Come in but don’t touch anything. Don’t rearrange. The dust under the rug, yeah leave it there. Don’t mess with the mess I’ll do it later. That’s not MY priority at the moment. No don’t go in there that’s my clutter room. (Do ya have one of those?) it’s where I store up things. New. Old. Memorable or junk. But it’s mine. And, and one day I’m gonna do something about it. But right now don’t go in there. I’m not ready yet. To remove those things. From my past. To my future, to my present. Funny but isn’t that how we are with God? We push away and say no! No! I’m not ready, to give you the junk the memorable. The new and the old. We think he has no need for that. No time for that. No acknowledgement of it being there. But when he took the key, he took the whole house. To rebuild. To clean. To restore. To make new. So away with the things of the clutter room hello to the room and what’s in store for Christ to work in and around.

“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”

Dwell In His presence🌾

These song’s have such a deep grasp on welcoming the healer. God making a way through our pain. And God’s love for us through it. We welcome the healer in this place, We welcome the Author of our faith . We welcome the God who makes a way! His name is JESUS!

He can heal your wounds.

Mentally. Spiritually. And if not physically he will give you the strength too! He doesn’t give you more than he knows you can handle.

“Therefore let anyone who thinks that he stands take heed lest he fall. No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.” 1 Corinthians 10: 12-13

Proverbs 4:

The beginning of wisdom is this: Get[a] wisdom.

    Though it cost all you have,[b] get understanding.

Cherish her, and she will exalt you;

    embrace her, and she will honor you.

She will give you a garland to grace your head

    and present you with a glorious crown.”

Wisdom is not something that suddenly falls upon you overnight. The chase for wisdom will last you your entire lifetime. Even though it may seem as so, this is not meant to discourage you on your journey, but actually the entire opposite. You see, the search for wisdom is an everyday thing. Not only is wisdom found in the big events or revelations, but wisdom is to be found in the everyday events.

Proverbs 4:

20

My son, pay attention to what I say;

    turn your ear to my words.

21

Do not let them out of your sight,

    keep them within your heart;

22

for they are life to those who find them

    and health to one’s whole body.

23

Above all else, guard your heart,

    for everything you do flows from it.

24

Keep your mouth free of perversity;

    keep corrupt talk far from your lips.

25

Let your eyes look straight ahead;

    fix your gaze directly before you.

26

Give careful thought to the[c] paths for your feet

    and be steadfast in all your ways.

27

Do not turn to the right or the left;

    keep your foot from evil.

A daily devotion to your relationship with Jesus. A constant devotion to keep Gods commandments. The everyday devotion to God is where we need to search In order to find this long path of wisdom. So as you go along your journey today, this week, and even the rest of your life, know that the path of wisdom lies with obedience and attention to God the Father. This, along with constantly seeking for his words and lessons, will lead you down the path of a long, prosperous, and wiseful life.

♡Take a couple minutes out of your day to meditate on what you read!

“For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh,”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:3‬ ‭

Watching murder mystery’s thinking, could I do this? I mean if I could what are the chances of getting away with it? Slim.. very slim. But the more I think about it the more I realize, I did. I really have murdered someone. Jesus. I put the nails in,I held the hammer. I placed the whip. I mocked his name. I placed him in deaths courts. Yet that’s not where it ends, not by me or you. But by God. He redeemed. He gave death a life. Brokenness a whole. Craziness a peace. The fatherless a father. The widow a comforter. His son being raised from the dead by the wounds I drove in him, not by my power or my might but by my surrender to let go and let God do what he is best at doing, raising the dead to life, the dry bones to use.

“For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.”
